03 / THE SIGNAL AI APPROACH

Evidence before
confidence.

Good analysis starts with better questions. Our goal is to make the research visible, the assumptions clear, and the uncertainty useful.

01

Understand the game.

Explore performance trends and compare possible outcomes with clear, accessible analysis.

02

Explore possibilities.

Simulations describe a range of outcomes. A probability is a research estimate, never a promise.

03

Test. Measure. Improve.

Our models remain experimental. We evaluate results, explain assumptions and publish limitations as the tools evolve.

How is visitor activity measured?

Signal AI uses first-party analytics to count page views, anonymous visits, referring websites, device categories and link clicks. The tracker saves IP addresses with activity for private owner reports. It does not save names, email addresses or URL query strings, and respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. An anonymous visit identifier is stored in your tab’s session storage. Reports are private to the site owner.

Where does the news come from?

The sports desk links to ESPN reporting using headline, sport and publication-date metadata from its news feeds, including its NASCAR RSS feed. Each story opens the full report at ESPN. Card illustrations are original Signal AI sport graphics, not publisher photographs. We do not display article text, summaries, publisher photos or video thumbnails. The feed is checked when you visit and cached for five minutes. Source timestamps are shown, and unavailable coverage is flagged. Signal AI is independent and is not affiliated with ESPN or the leagues.
